How to Draw Wings

Step 1: In the very first step we will draw the upper wings outline of the wings. Draw similar and opposite 2 outlines.

Step 2: In this step draw outline of the wing’s lower part, draw it curvy and similar in the opposite direction.

Step 3: Then start dividing the wings area with lines, draw it with light hands.

Step 4: Start drawing the first row of feathers from the center of the wings. It’s easy to draw follow the image given below.

Step 5: Draw the 2nd row of feathers moving inwards, draw this row comparatively small to the 1st row.

Step 6: Draw small curves joining each other for the 3rd row of feathers.

Step 7: In this step, give shape to the outer outline of the feather using the lines drawn in step 3. Make it look smoother and long, this will be the last row of your wing.

Step 8: Observe your wing drawing and contour it by drawing the missing part. Add light lines in the middle of every feather.

Step 9: Color your drawn wing with your choice, it can be grey, brown or blue.

How to Draw Angel wings

Step 1: Draw a pentagon, divide it in 2 equal part,s and draw 2 curves upward and downward.

Step 2: From the lowest point of the upward curve, draw wavy lines moving upward then downward as shown in the image for the wings.

Step 3: Start drawing the feather of wings with help of a cylindrical curve on the outline drawn in step 2.

Step 4: Draw the 2nd row of feathers comparatively longer than the first step.

Step 5: Draw the 3rd row of feather a little more elongated and shifting outward, as shown in the image below.

Step 6: This will be the last row of feathers more elongated from the last drawn feathers.

Step 7: Contour the wings and outline it with black color.

Draw wings with heart:

You can also draw wings attached from the heart in a very easy and simple way just by following given instructions with images. This wing is in the upward direction opposite to the above-drawn wing.

With only a little change in the style of wing, you can draw your own wings. The patterns of feather are almost the same, smaller inside and larger moving outside.
